IT Day 2015...

...offered information technology professionals from all three SIU campuses the opportunity to get together to build relationships, exchange ideas, and explore technology trends.

This year, we opened our doors to SIU faculty, staff, and students as well as to the local community to allow our academic and business colleagues to share this opportunity and to bring unique perspectives to the event.

IT Day 2015 opened with a roundtable discussion: Meeting Challenge with Innovation—A Call to Think Big! Initiate Action! Push Limits! with our technology leaders and SIU administration.

Compelling keynote speakers followed with technology-centric topics in leadership, teaching with technology, sustainability (green/clean IT), and mindful work.

Afternoon activities included deeper dives into keynote topics with speaker-hosted master classes as well as workshops, breakout sessions, demonstrations, and technology tours.

Topic-driven talk tables provided plenty of opportunities to meet colleagues with similar interests and network.

FREE breakfast, lunch, and snacks were provided for all pre-registered attendees.
